Shipping and Returns
How fast is shipping?
Shipping is calculated at checkout based on where you are.
Can I return my order?
Since it's food, we can't accept returns unless something was damaged in transit. Discounted items are final sale.
My order showed up damaged. Now what?
Sorry about that. Email em2@feltonspice.com within 24 to 48 hours of delivery with your order number, proof of purchase, and photos of the damage (ideally still in the box). Once we confirm, we'll send a replacement at no cost. Please don't mail anything back unless we ask.
What's in it
(and what's not)
What's actually in EM²?
39 ingredients. We start with the basics (Sea salt, pepper, garlic, onion, paprika, italian herbs,) and build up to 68 components. The full recipe stays in the family. Ingredients are sourced locally in Michigan and from Spain, Southeast Asia, Romania, Africa, India, South America, and Europe.
Is it vegan? Keto? MSG free?
Yes, yes, and yes. Every blend is vegan, keto friendly, and contains no MSG (monosodium glutamate).
Is it gluten free?
Yes, the blends have Gluten Free ingredients.
How much sodium is in it?
Not much. Our blends are only 4 - 5% sodium, lower than most seasonings out there, so the flavor comes from the spices, not the salt.
Any allergens?
Yes — our blends do contain mustard seed. Mustard is a recognized allergen, so we always recommend that anyone with a mustard allergy avoid our products.
Are the blends Non GMO?
Yes. There are no GMO spices.
Heat and choosing a blend
How spicy is it?
S'Lite is the mild one, with just a hint of cayenne, so it's easy for kids and spice-sensitive eaters.
Original brings a ghost pepper kick that's warm and lingering but never takes over the dish.
Plenty Heat adds Carolina Reaper for real heat, so a little goes a long way. Finishing Touch is curry-based, with curry, heat, and a touch of sweetness.
Which one should I start with?
The Starter Set pairs S'Lite and Original. Want all of it? The Flavor Flight has all four.
What makes Finishing Touch different?
It was born on the grill: whisk it into avocado oil and brush it onto meat. It's also great stirred into the broth for rice, about a tablespoon. The base is comprised of various curry blends.
What to put it on
What do I use it on?
Pretty much everything. Use it as a grill rub, a marinade, or everyday seasoning on meat, seafood, veggies, soups, and sauces. It's great on air fryer wings, and you can shake it over popcorn, pizza, and salads. Our customers swear by it in gravy, on eggs, in fish fry, and on corn on the cob.
Do I still need salt and pepper?
Nope. It's built to be the only seasoning you reach for. One bottle stands in for most of your spice cabinet.
How much should I use?
Season to taste but keep in mind that a little goes a long way with Felton’s Spice.

What does EM² mean?
It's named for our dad, Ellis Marshall Jr., and made to elevate Every Meal. Double meaning wink.
Can I buy it in stores?
You'll find us at Meijer Rivertown Market in Detroit and Market Fresh in Beverly Hills, Michigan.You can also order from Juloshop.com. They carry multiple items, similar to Amazon, and they offer free shipping if you spend $75. They have great products.

How long does it last on a shelf and where should I store it?
24 - 36 months. Store in a cool, dry place.
