Return Policy
Our priority is to deliver a quality product that customers can enjoy, however, due to the nature of our business, food-related items are not eligible for return unless damaged during transit (See Damaged Items section).

Please note: Discounted items are final and cannot be returned or exchanged.

 Damaged Items

If you have received an item and it is damaged from shipping, please contact em2@feltonspice.com and send proof of online purchase and photos of the damaged product (preferably still in the package that was damaged) and order number within 24-48 hours of the date of delivery.  After confirmation of photos and product damage, a replacement will be shipped at no cost to you.

Please do not return your purchase unless requested to do so. 

Shipping

Requests that originate from outside the continental United States

Unfortunately, we do not have the ability to track your return nor are we responsible for the amount of time it takes for the item to be returned. Customer is responsible for procuring shipment and for the merchandise arriving at EM2 Felton Spice LLC facilities.
