Teriyaki Cabbage
This Teriyaki Cabbage recipe is a delicious way to sneak some veggies into dinner. With its sweet and savory flavors, it’s sure to be a hit with the whole family—even the kids will be coming back for seconds.

- Small Head of Cabbage (green or purple)
- Felton's Spice S'lite, Original, or Plenty Seasoning
- 1/2 Red Bell Pepper (diced)
- 1/2 Yellow Bell Pepper (diced)
- Combine in a sauce pan: 1/2 Cup Water, 1/2 cup coconut aminos, tbsp rice wine vinegar, tsp sesame seed oil, 3 cloves of minced garlic, 1 inch of dice ginger, tbsp honey (optional).
Steam Cabbage for 5-10 minutes on a medium-low heat. Make sure to add 1/4 cup to 1/2 cup of water to ensure that it doesn't burn.
In a saucepan, combine the ingredients listed above and heat over a low heat to make teriyaki sauce.
Once the cabbage is cooked to your level of doneness, top it with the teriyaki sauce and enjoy!
