Teriyaki Cabbage

This Teriyaki Cabbage recipe is a delicious way to sneak some veggies into dinner. With its sweet and savory flavors, it’s sure to be a hit with the whole family—even the kids will be coming back for seconds.

Teriyaki Cabbage
  1. Small Head of Cabbage (green or purple)
  2. Felton's Spice S'lite, Original, or Plenty Seasoning
  3. 1/2 Red Bell Pepper (diced)
  4. 1/2 Yellow Bell Pepper (diced)
  5. Combine in a sauce pan: 1/2 Cup Water, 1/2 cup coconut aminos, tbsp rice wine vinegar, tsp sesame seed oil, 3 cloves of minced garlic, 1 inch of dice ginger, tbsp honey (optional).

Steam Cabbage for 5-10 minutes on a medium-low heat.  Make sure to add 1/4 cup to 1/2 cup of water to ensure that it doesn't burn. 

In a saucepan, combine the ingredients listed above and heat over a low heat to make teriyaki sauce.  

Once the cabbage is cooked to your level of doneness, top it with the teriyaki sauce and enjoy!
